I am a PGCE student at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. I hope to become a qualified English teacher. I have majored in and received several Certificates of Merit for English Literature during my undergad degree. I am approachable, considerate and enjoy helping others to achieve their best.

My interest and enthusiasm to teach this module stems from my ability to obtain distinctions on both semesters English 1C and 1D in my first year of enrolling at university. For this reason, I do qualify as eligible to tutor this module.

I am a PhD candidate, Writing Fellow and Writing Consultant at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits).My experience includes tutoring at Wits, lecturing at Varsity College, and Research and Academic Training/Writing/Editing at Pearson Institute.

I received a Fulbright Scholarship to do Creative Writing in the United States of America and there did a master's degree in English with a focus on creative writing. I did many workshops there to hone my skills as a writer.
