In 8th grade, I was selected to be in the Advanced Math class, which had a limited number of seats available. Throughout high school, I was advanced in the Math curriculum, and finished with Calculus my Senior year.

About Jackie

Algebra can be quite a difficult subject, but I had teachers that made it easy to understand, and I will pass those ways of thinking onto you! I can explain concepts in ways that make them much easier to understand, so slope, exponents, variables, and all will quickly become strong skills for you!

SAT math score of 780/800, currently a Junior taking Calculus and Stats courses at UW. Prior experience with teaching math includes: Algebra I&II, Geometry, SAT math.

I excelled in math while in high school and continued my math education through college. I have tutored students from 6th grade level math up to college level math. I am pursuing my teaching certification in Adolescent Education with focusing in math and am passionate about helping students learn.
