I am very much a people-person, enjoy interacting with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, cultures and personalities. I have always been a dedicated person, aiming to ensure a balance in my life.
My inherent empathy, also cultivated through my profession as an Occupational Therapist, makes me someone who truly tries to understand others and their difficulties. I am able to help without judgement and truly enjoy seeing others succeed and reach their goals, especially enjoying the personal growth that accompanies this.

Afrikaans
I enjoyed Afrikaans at school and still enjoy reading afrikaans books in my free time. I will be able to assist with study methods to ease learning, while my skills as a qualified Occupational Therapist will assist me in tailoring sessions to each specific individual an their difficulties.
English
I had an English friend as a pre-schooler and learned to love the language at a young age, still reading english books often. I'm an Occupational Therapist and will be able to use my skills gained as such to tailor sessions for each individual and what they struggle with.
Mathematics
I enjoy the structure of mathematics and believe that my skills as an Occupational Therapist will assist me in tailoring sessions and learning for each individual. I have always enjoyed the structure that Mathematics affords and will be happy to start with the basics to identify problem areas.
Life Sciences (Biology)
During my studies to qualify as an Occupational Therapist, I actually enjoyed Anatomy and Physiology, which I believe will assist me in tutoring this subject. I will also be able to assist with study-methods and explanation of concepts as necessary.
Accounting
I enjoy the structure afforded by the accounting subject and will be able to assist learners with the concepts, practical application and study-methods.
