Bio
I am in my third year of Business Science Finance with Accounting at UCT but I am originally from Joburg. I am fun, hard working and enthusiastic.
I struggled with the transition from home life and high school to university and living away from home - I want scholars to be confident and comfortable with themselves so that when they finish school they are ready to tackle whatever life offers them. I have a big heart and want to go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals.

Subjects

Mathematics
For 4 of my 5 high school years I had the same Maths teacher - she was the most amazing woman, who cared about her students far beyond the classroom. My love for maths originated from my admiration for my teacher. I want to pass this on and encourage students to love Maths, like my teacher did.
Geography
Geography was my favourite subject during high school, I was fortunate enough that it came quite naturally to me. I could see all of it happening around me so it had me enthralled. I was in the top 1% of IEB candidates after my final exams and was one of the top achievers in the Geography Olympiad.
Life Sciences (Biology)
One of the most fascinating subjects at school, Life Science classes contained all the right amounts of fun. Content-wise, Life Sciences taught me so much about living organisms, environments and the human body.
English
Learning the beauty of the English language is done at school and I would love to engage with its beauty again through helping students with the language subject.
Physical Science
There is no doubt that Physical Science is a hard subject - that is why I would love to help students grasp the basic concepts on this subject

Financial Accounting
In first year, weekly tutorial sessions with my tutor is where I fully grasped with basic accounting concepts that are needed in any accounting. Owing to university lectures being online and no face-to-face tutorial sessions, I would like to help students like my tutor helped me.
