Bio
I have obtained a Journalism degree from the University of Johannesburg. I love teaching, hence I am currently studying towards a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, PGCE.
I have been working as a student assistant at the University of Johannesburg from 2015 up to date. Journalism was my passion from grade 10. I love having conversations with other people. I have also been acting as a sports news editor of the open journal web, a students blog which provide news for university students. I have helped second year students to improve their writing skills.

Achievements
• I was awarded six certificates in grade 12 for being best learner
• I was the top student in different subjects and a class representative
• I also managed to get a platform to publish some community based news articles with a community news paper known as the Nkomazi Newshorn (now Mpumalanga Newshorn)

- School Tutoring
History
History was the subject I found most easy to engage with of the eight subjects I did at high school. I went on to do it up to second level at the University of Johannesburg, while doing Journalism and I obtained a distinction with 75%.
Life Sciences (Biology)
In high school, I helped my peers understand Life Sciences. I have vast subject knowledge, and great methods to help others.
Agricultural Science
I used to assist other learners with Agricultural Science in grade 12. I was also the top student in my class for this subject.
Mathematics Literacy
I was always the top student in my high school from grade 10 up until grade 12. I used to lead afternoon class discussions to help other learners.
- Sports Coaching
Soccer
I am currently a head coach of The Yards F.C. a soccer team for students residing at The Yard Student accommodation. The team participates in the UJ Campus Football League. We are currently doing well, having lost only once in 8 games. A good record.
