Bio
I am a 4th-year Medical Student at UCT who enjoys tutoring in her spare time. I enjoyed my school subjects and would love to help learners understand them better so they can enjoy their learning.
I have been tutoring learners informally since the beginning of my university career in 2019. In 2020 as a 2nd-year medical student, I was a tutor at my university residence, where I helped students with first-year subjects. I was also a mentor who helped students transition from high school and adjust to university. I have also held multiple jobs within UCT.

My Proudest
Achievements
• Being accepted to all medical schools I applied to as a learner who came from a resources poor school is my proudest achievement. The second one is being funded by the foundation Gallagher, that takes on only five students per year at UCT and tailors financial support for them to thrive in varsity.

Mathematics
I have always loved teaching Mathematics, even as a high school learner. I enjoyed helping my classmates with solving Math problems and explaining everything. This resulted in me tutoring informally since my first year of university in 2019.
Physical Science
I have been tutoring Physical Sciences informally to high school students since 2019, who have all found my way of explaining Science concepts easy to understand and helpful for their learning. I would love to assist students with this subjects.
Life Sciences (Biology)
I thoroughly enjoyed this subject in school, and studying Medicine now at university makes me appreciate it even more. I aim to help students create a strong foundation of understanding and assist students in reaching their academic goals.
Accounting
Accounting was my favourite subject in school, and I achieved excellent results. I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity of learning to manage the financial books of a business. It was one of the subjects that "made sense", as we can use those skills in real life. I would love to assist other students!
