I am Aviwe Mbewana, I am 24 years old. I'm from Lusikisiki Eastern Cape but currently residing in Cape Town . I completed B. Tech Human Resources Management in the year 2017.
Helping others is a motivation to myself, as I was leading students during my study period from Departmental level up to the Student Representative Council. I could be able to Facilitate PAL Sessions in Accounting on 2015 Academic Year and my dedication led me to Facilitate Tutorial sessions in Business Management 2 in 2016. My students followed my steps and excelled the subjects in flying colors.

I obtained the best student award during my study period at the University. I facilitated tutorial sessions in Business Management 2 during 2016 Academic year. I always passed the subject with a Distinction. I understand the subject's content.
Management Accounting
I passed Accounting with a Distinction as well. I facilitated PAL sessions in Accounting for personnel Management 1 (Human Resources Management Part-time).
Statistics
I have been Tutoring Accounting for Personnel Practice in 2015 during my study period. I passed the subject outstandingly with a Distinction and scored 81%. I work very hard to reach the set target and short-term goals.

I understand the subject's content as well enjoyed Personnel Management and I used to lead my class when the Lecturer is not present during the lecture. I passed it with a Distinction as well.
