I consider myself to be quite diverse both as an individual & my approach to others. My mixed cultural background has gifted me with adaptability, enthusiasm & great interpersonal skills.
I believe in observance before action. When it comes to helping others one needs to observe them; their interests, preferences, level as well as struggles before attempting to help. Of course simply asking them what they need makes things easier. The bottom line is having the ability to grasp situations and understanding that there isn't one approach to every situation.
