I like to excel at what I do, and I think the best way to do that is to constantly challenge myself to learn as much as I can and to perform to the best of my abilities every day.
Helping others makes me feel useful and it is fulfilling to be able to help another. Able to adjust teaching methods to others. Available to help others and to be involved. Loads of energy and motivation to keep others going. Good at listening and understanding the needs of others. Passionate about learning and to help others learn.
