I always loved Mathematics but needed a tutor myself in high school. Hints and tips received in tutoring classes prevented the formation of innumerable mental blocks! As a result, I hope to actively engage with learners in a similar manner to pass on my knowledge, aiding them whenever possible.

Physical Science is fun provided essential concepts and definitions are understood and picturesque. During my Chemical Engineering course, Physics, Physical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry were covered extensively. As a tutor, I hope to make this subject enjoyable and keep the ball rolling!

Additional Mathematics became an extra credit subject I took during high school due to the decision to study towards an Engineering degree. Differentiation, integration and matrices were covered extensively - this helped immensely during my first year at Tuks.

High school English introduced me to a wide range of texts, from poetry to plays and from current events to historical works. It showed me how language connects to context and the world around us, sparking my passion for helping others explore and understand the depth and diversity of English.

I am an experienced tutor in both Maths and Maths Literacy, with a strong track record of helping students build confidence and achieve results. I focus on making concepts clear and accessible, ensuring learners not only understand the methods but also see their real-world applications.

I specialised in Environmental Sustainability and did my research on water treatment via adsorption using agro-based waste. Biology has always been a favourite subject, especially due to microscopy and hydroponics. In my opinion, it is essential for preservation!

Physical Chemistry was an essential part of my Chemical Engineering degree. Practicals involving titrations and distillation - and the really great products they formed - highlighted the fact that I was on the right career path. As a tutor, I hope to pass on the same, if not greater, love for it.

I am an experienced Maths tutor with a strong background from my Engineering studies. First-year courses reinforced the concepts I learned in Additional Maths at school, while second-year courses strengthened my problem-solving and graphical analysis skills.

I’m a Chemical Engineering graduate passionate about the intersection of processes, microbes, and reactor design. My experience designing an ethylene production plant and specialising in sustainable engineering deepened my commitment to creating a cleaner future.
