I am a happy, positive and ambitious go-getter (and a bit of a science-nerd). I am able to commit myself to a goal and am not afraid of hard work.
I love teaching and sharing my knowledge with people! My family sometimes gets annoyed with me because, being a bit of a nerd, I constantly want to explain something to them:) I absolutely love it if people ask me questions that I can answer and explain. I also believe in building a student’s confidence in his/her academic abilities, which I think is an important aspect of tutoring.

Achievements
• I received distinctions for 6 out of 7 subjects in my grade 12 final examinations.
• I am a qualified paramedic.
• Last year (2019) I passed my BSc degree in human sciences cum laude.

Mathematics
I have always enjoyed mathematics at school. I took mathematics at university for a year. I enjoy problem solving and am able to think logically and critically. I was a tutor at my high school, where I already gained some tutoring experience.
Life Sciences (Biology)
I thoroughly enjoyed biology at school and went on to study science at university. I love teaching and explaining the work and would be happy to help someone obtain the marks they certainly are able to achieve!
Physical Science
I like problem solving and thinking logically, which I think is key to understanding physical science. I also had physics as one of my subjects at varsity.

Human Biology
I am a medical student who has already completed a BSc degree in human sciences. My majors are physiology and anatomy, however, I took biochemistry up to 2nd year and am able to teach this as well.
