I have worked as a leader and as a team member in both coaching, teaching and administrative roles at various rowing clubs and schools. Consistency and dedication lead to success.
I am an experienced coach and teacher who works well with individuals. I enjoy a bit of banter but also getting stuck into good, consistent, hard work.
