Bio
I am a kind, enthusiastic and hardworking LLM student, with more than 5 years' experience tutoring school and university subjects. I love teaching and enjoy making the learning-experience enjoyable.
I am a good hype-woman and cheerleader. I spend time trying to understand my students' needs, issues and learning styles, and tailor my teaching-style accordingly. I am patient, and if I see that how I am explaining something isn't working, I will change tack. I also really try to make the subject matter at hand interesting for the student.

Achievements
• I have been on the Dean's List for academic achievement each year since 2015. In 2013, I won the class medal for Ethics (in a class of over 300 people). I hold a scholarship, based on academic achievement, for my LLM. My high school and university students have consistently increased their marks.

English
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBI have years of experience in tutoring English (first and second language) through all school levels. I can tutor grammar, and have worked as language editor. I also enjoy teaching literature, essay writing skills and comprehension techniques.
Afrikaans
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBI have experience in teaching Afrikaans (First Additional Language) throughout school levels. I am fluent in both Afrikaans and English, and know what is expected for First Additional Language. I can offer help with all aspects of the syllabus.
History
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBHistory was a favourite subject of mine at school. With degrees in Law, Politics and Philosophy, I have a good understanding of historical events and processes. I teach persuasive essay-writing techniques, and pride myself on making history exciting.
Mathematics
Grade 1 - Grade 9 IEBI have experience in teaching mathematics at both junior school and high school level. I am a patient teacher, who can help to decrease anxiety around this subject and make mathematics accessible.

Hannah always finds exciting ways to teach Jesrael and besides just touring her she shows interest in my daughter. I’ve been listening into the lessons most days and Hannah is always prepared for the lessons which I admire as very lesson things are on the screen for Jesrael where Jesrael also started typing on the laptop things she didn’t really do before and I like that she is improving that skills. Over all the communication between myself and Hannah is just amazing she’s always available when I wanna chat to catch up on how Jesrael is doing in the classes etc it’s generally just very important for me that the lines of communication is always good
