I am a warm, calm and easy going person. I strive to create a positive learning environment for my learners to feel free to make mistakes and to ask questions.
Firstly because I enjoy tutoring, it literally brightens up my day. I put extra effort into my work to ensure that my learners grow to love and understand whatever subject I may be tutoring.

Mathematics
Because I tutor maths, for me starting from the basics and working my way up with the learner is what works best. Most often than not people don’t understand maths because they don’t know the fundamental basics and rules of mathematics.
Life Sciences (Biology)
My approach to how I tutor Life Sciences is determined by the learners' problem areas. I am passionate about this subject and will enable students to reach their potential.
Geography
My approach to tutoring geography is simply through visualisation. In my lessons I will be using pictures, videos and articles to help the learner visualise the concepts in their head first so that when we go through the theory it is much easier to understand.
Xhosa
I am a native IsiXhosa speaker and I’m also just very fond of the language. I have experience tutoring isiXhosa for roughly 6 months to a year
Life Orientation
This was my favourite subject in high school and with the growing awareness in mental health I have grown to really appreciate the subject and will do my best to make sure the learner grasps every concept.
