Mathematics

In Brazil, I worked at a programme that offered a space for children living on the streets to do homework of build their skills. I assisted them in their maths skills and learning English. I've also had an interest in working with children.

Chemistry

I've always been interested in science and found that the saying "Chemistry makes things explode" is not always true. There is so much to it. I achieved a distinction Chemistry and am competent in my ability to assist others in their understanding of the subject.

Additional Mathematics

At first I also struggled with maths but once I found ways to better understand it and to make it interesting, I'd like to share this with others too. I find I am able to explain difficult concepts in a way people can understand, making their learning more enjoyable and successful.

Mathematics Literacy

Working with children is close to my heart, especially ones who've been through tough times such as struggling in school subjects like maths. I'd like to give them their confidence back. I will approach my lessons with patience and diligence, and provide support to the student.

Portuguese

This is my home language and I'm so excited to share it with the world. I recently learned a new language and honestly, people make it sound much harder than it really is. There is so much richness in connecting with a culture once you can speak their language.
