I speak French & English fluently, I am a native French speaker. My passion is to teach, tutor, advise. My goal is to be the best teacher I can be so that learners can learn fast and effectively.
I'm very patient when I train and teach others. I am very understanding, I know that people are not the same. Hence we don't learn at the same pace. I do believe that we are all smart in our own way. Training/teaching is something I love to do. Hence I don't give up.

• Psychology degree at University of Pretoria. Customer Whisperer award in 2019 at my current workplace (this means that I manage to calm customers down with the way I express myself to them when they are not happy).

I grew up speaking French since I am originally from Congo. I did French up to Matric at Pretoria High School for Girls. I have worked in International companies where I had to speak and write to French customers who are in French speaking countries.
Life Orientation
I studied Psychology at the University of Pretoria, up to third year. My passion is to guide, advise, teach, mentor people.

Research Methodology
I studied research in my first year at University. I can assist with research methodologies needed or required for a specific project. It is one of the subjects I enjoyed studying, hence I passed with distinction.

French
I am a native French speaker and I speak French everyday with my family. I did French in high school, I passed very well in Grade 12. I am aware that French is not an easy language, so I have a lot of patience when it comes to teaching this language.
Conversational English
I enjoy teaching the languages I speak fluently. I am qualified to teach English to Non-English speakers. I have a certificate in TEFL (TEACHING ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE).
TEFL
I am a qualified TEFL teacher. I have a 120-hr TEFL certificate and a 20-hr practical TEFL certificate. I have experience teaching a new language to small kids and high school children.
