Bio
I am a third-year UCT student passionate about social justice through education and awareness. Through my vision of becoming a 21st-century teacher, I hope to revolutionize the classroom space.
I think I have an excellent understanding of interpersonal relationships, and my empathy puts me at a position of understanding how to help people. Because I privilege listening intently before action, I get an acute understanding of the specific need and will respond accordingly.

Achievements
• Performed as an actor in Makhanda for the National Arts Festival in 2016.
• Awarded the Jakes Gerwel Fellowship for education in 2017.
• Received the class medal for two Drama courses and one English course in 2019.

My English results were in the top 1% of the country among IEB schools. I excelled at creative and academic writing, as well as novel content and poetry.
Drama
Both my practical and theoretical skills in the subject were of a very high standard and my results were in the top 1% of IEB results at the end of matric. I have a firm grasp of concepts, thanks to my university education.
History
I have a deep passion for the subject and my skills of understanding global connections helped me to receive top marks in the course. I have a good knowledge of specific elements such as the source-based essay and the source analysis.
