Bio
I am a friendly, hard-working, and self-motivated student at UCT. I am passionate about empowering young people by curating fundamental skills such as critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
I have excellent interpersonal skills which means that I am an effective and efficient communicator. I listen and am very patient and empathetic which makes my lessons feel safe and personal to the student. I am able to identify faults and provide constructive criticism in a friendly manner. I am a firm believer in the potential and get excited at the idea of helping my students realize theirs.

• Studying a Bachelor of Business Science in Information systems at The University of Cape Town (2021 - present).
• I have some experience in Tutoring English, Maths, Life Sciences and Physical Science.

• 1. I received my Honours in Academics for achieving an aggregate of over 80% for 4+ consecutive years.
• 2. I received my Honours in Leadership for being selected as Head Girl for years 2019 -2020.

English
I thoroughly enjoyed learning English in High School and believe my love for the language will be reflected in my students. I enjoy teaching creative writing, poetry, and literature. My lessons are relaxed and are curated to bring out the best in my students. I often edited essays for classmates.
Life Sciences (Biology)
Life Sciences can be a difficult subject to learn but my use of diagrams and color will ensure my students curate a clear understanding of the work. My teaching style is easy to grasp, fun, and focused on pulling out the best in my students. I am patient, friendly, and passionate about the subject.
Zulu
I am a native Zulu speaker! My lessons will be easy to understand, straight forward, and packed with real-world application practice. I trust that we will work very hard together and have some fun doing it.
Mathematics IEB experience
Maths can be a demotivating and difficult subject to learn, but with my easy-to-understand lessons, you'll be sure to gain confidence in the subject. My lessons will be relaxed, fun, and focus on real-world applications.
Life Orientation
I enjoyed Life Orientation very much, I've found that this subject is best learnt using a real-world application approach.
Consumer Studies
I would have to say that this subject had my heart. Not only did it teach valuable topics such as taxes and home buying but it allowed me the opportunity to expand my innovation mindset.
