I am very passionate when it comes to Afrikaans as it is one of the main languages spoken in my home and during school I always excelled in the subject
English
English is my home language. I have always excelled in it and it is one of my favourite languages. It is a universal and emotive language. It is very important as it is the medium for most subjects at many schools and tertiary institutions.
Life Sciences (Biology)
Biology is a great subject to learn and teach as it is all around us. I.e. Forests, mammalian life, oceanic life.
History
History is a very important subject as it is a detailed view of how economies work, how societies have evolved and leaders have come to be.
Geography
Geography is a dynamic subject as you learn actively about the world around you through urban geography, climatic geography, geomorphology etc.
Mathematics Literacy
I am very proficient in English which is important in maths literacy so I believe I will be a good support in maths literacy.
