I create a sense of community and belonging in the classroom, where there is mutual respect,support for all. I am flexible when a lesson isn’t working, setting high expectations for all students.
My communication skills are exemplary, whether speaking with an administrator, one of my students or a colleague. My Proudest
Achievements
• One of my foundation geography IGCSE pupils opened his results and had achieved a B grade. He was so overwhelmed, as he was predicted a ‘C’. Watching him share his successes with his mum made me feel so proud.
• The day I was nominated as the best teacher of the year by the Parent's council Body.
