Bio
I am an energetic and patient tutor, who loves the subjects that I teach. I take my student's academic performance personally and seeing them improve is rewarding for me.
I work on making sure my students understand the fundamentals. I make it a point to build the student's self-confidence and I am hands-on even outside of tutoring times. I care about the difference I make with my students. My focus is on application, I will not spend hours explaining long concepts, but I will simplify all the relevant theory and have my student try examples almost immediately.

Mathematics
I am currently studying Aeronautical Engineering at Wits and have extensive knowledge and understanding of Math. I am also able to explain in such a way that my students understand and don’t forget fundamental concepts. I have a distinction for Mathematical Methods and Statistics & Numerics.
Physical Science
My background in Aeronautical Engineering allows me to understand Physics in depth and thus explain concepts better.
History
Combining my interest in History and Sociology with my reading abilities. I will tutor using a storytelling method to ensure my student's interest and understanding of historical events and as well as their catalyst.
English
I speak fluent English and I am an avid reader. I also ensure that my students can apply any theory as much as possible.

I have been learning Mandarin for 3 years and have entered and won the Chinese Bridge Competition in 2020. I am currently in HSK5, which is Advanced Level Mandarin.
- University Tutoring
Matlab
I studied Octave in second year. But since third year we have been expected to use Matlab for various computations. As a result I’ve learnt to use Matlab for majority of calculation and computation cases. Especially in regards to automating calculator based and repetitive exam problems.
