I am a confident, hardworking person. I have interests in film, art, literature, music, technology and fashion. I write a personal blog following these topics. I enjoy a variety of creative hobbies.
I think I would make a good tutor because other than having a passion for the subjects I wish to tutor, I have creative ways of teaching and studying and I think that I could impart some of these methods to others. I am also understanding and patient. I am willing to work through things multiple times and try different approaches.

• I was awarded Academic Honours in my final year as well as Half-Colours for Synchronised Swimming

- University Tutoring
History
History is my second major. I am a tutor at all university levels for a three year degree.
English Literature
I have read and studied most of the first year university set works just because I enjoy English. I regularly write reviews and posts for my blog on classic literature.
- School Tutoring
History
I have done History as a subject in both high school (IEB) and at university. It is my major.
Life Orientation
Life Orientation can be a tricky subject and I find that a creative approach to it often works best. I enjoy finding interesting ways to tutor this subject because so much of it is important later on in life.
Afrikaans
Afrikaans was one of my favourite subjects at school and as a journalist, I regularly have to use Afrikaans for interviews.
English
I have done Journalism, Law and History at a university level, all of which were based in English. I am also a confident online writer and I tutored English at high school level. I was placed in the Top 15 of the English Olympiad in 2008.
