Bio

I am a strong academic achiever and nature-lover currently studying nature conservation at CPUT. I am a good teacher, patient, hard working and ready to help you excel!

I am able to break complex topics up into smaller, more easily understandable sections which, when put together, will form a clearer bigger picture. This really helps when it comes to content-heavy subjects. I naturally gravitate towards leadership positions in group projects; however, I ensure that everyone's voice is heard, and tasks are equally divided to ensure efficient and outstanding work.

Subjects

  • School Tutoring

Life Sciences (Biology)

Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSC

I was fascinated learning about human and plant anatomy and how everything functioned as a unit! I'm currently studying nature conservation at university, which dives deeper into this subject, and I was field guide, specializing in the plants of the fynbos.

Natural Science

Grade 1 - Grade 9 NSC

I enjoyed natural science from primary school and throughout high school, so much so that I am now studying something similar in university! I also have first-hand experience in nature, allowing me to relate class work to real-world situations.

Mathematics Literacy

Grade 1 - Grade 10 NSC

I prefer maths that can be applied to the real-world, such as maths lit. I achieved a distinction for maths in matric, as such, I am confident that I will be able to help you understand and excel at maths lit.

Geography

Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSC

I loved every aspect of geography, but mapwork and climatology were certainly my favourites! I can show you some tips and tricks I used to make mapwork easier for myself. I enjoyed climatology because of how I was able to apply what I learnt in the classroom to the real world.
