I completed my Cambridge A level, AS level, and IGCSE in Accounting. Along with that, I studied BCom Financial Accounting at UCT and grew up amongst accountants which made me have a fond place for the subject in my heart.

I completed my A, AS, and IGCSE levels in Afrikaans First Language and achieved an A, A* and A* respectively. I loved studying it at school and trying to break the stereotype that some students have of Afrikaans being "boring."

Physics was my favourite science subject at school and I have always carried along the value of the material taught in the course. I enjoy making the subject as enjoyable and interesting as I can, ensuring that the material of the course is understandable to myself and others.

I completed Maths AS levels and at first-year university level. I have always enjoyed the practicality of the subject, and am an advocate for the importance of its relevance in the real world.

Given that I studied Information Systems at university, I was asked to tutor the course at my old high school, at AS Level. This taught me the material of this field at a school level, as well as how to teach it to students.

Natural Science was one of my highest achieving grades in Primary School, and I have thereafter always remained interested in the subject.

I excelled in English Home Language studies, fostering expertise in languages. My proficiency enables effective tutoring, characterised by patience and a deep understanding of English's nuances, ensuring comprehensive learning.

Entering University, I had very little knowledge of technology, coding and the internet. However, once I first had to take an Information Systems course, I fell in love with it and decided to pursue it as my degree. Now, I am an advocate for the usefulness and enjoyment of this field.
