I am an organised and self-driven excellent communicator. I have developed and honed all these skills through tutoring and mentoring.
I am a girl guide; we are taught to always lend a hand and this has been lodged in my brain since age 6. This yielded my passion for volunteering which often thrusts me into leadership positions. Teaching seventh graders, being a peer mentor, a head prefect and a departmental class representative during a pandemic honed my active listening and interpersonal skills which are needed for teaching.

My proudest achievements
- Getting into my dream university and studying the degree of my dreams.
- Working with other class representatives to start a data donation drive for some of UCT's international students when they did not receive data for online learning during the pandemic.

I have elementary proficiency in Python and I am well-versed with the theory of computer science (having encountered it even beyond Highschool).

One of the most fulfilling experiences of my life was when I was a seventh-grade maths teacher for 5 months; this gave me a chance to hone my skills of imparting knowledge to others. I’ve always believed maths fun and we can always find easy ways to understand it.
