I have been involved in peer tutoring since my high school days and I have had the privilege of tutoring fellow university students with their coursework during my first few years at UCT.

Mathematics
Mathematics requires a core understanding of a principle, theorem, or rule. The key focus of our session will be on understanding such principles to enable us to tackle any scenario that you are presented with.
Zulu
This subject requires a basic understanding of literature and an understanding of how to write language pieces for assessment. We will focus mainly on how to write the language so that you are able to articulately complete your assessments and written tasks.
Accounting
Accounting at this level focuses on how to analyze and interpret the information shown on your income statement, balance sheet and cashflow statement. We will look at how to different scenarios from test papers interact with the different aspects of these statements. Looking forward to it!
Economics
At its core, Economics explains and shows the interaction between households, government, firms, and the global economy. We will focus on how to understand the roles played by each section of the economy and this will help tackle any test scenarios. Excited!
Financial Mathematics
Maths is the science and study of quality, structure, space and change. Lets seek out patterns, formulate new conjectures and establish learning techniques that will help you ace this subject. Together we can achieve far much more.
Financial Accounting
This subject reintroduces the core principles of accounting and focuses on analysing the income statement, balance sheet, cashflow statement and statement of changes in equity. We will therefore try to understand these four parts of accounting to help you tackle accounting scenarios easily.
Business Accounting
Th course is built on prior financial accounting knowledge by dividing into topics such as taxation, share capital and management accounting. We will focus on how to answer as many questions from past papers and tests to help us feel more comfortable with the concepts taught in this courses.
Microeconomics
The course focuses on firm-specific scenarios in the economy and is both mathematical and requires graphing skills. The focus will be to refine our math and graphing skills so that we can better understand the scenarios presented to us during tests and exams!

Financial Management
This subject requires your accounting background so that the core financial principles are solidified. We will focus on how to interpret the formulas and financial ratios so that we can apply them to different scenarios.
