Bio

I am an adventurous woman who is always interested in learning new skills. I am passionate about education, learning and growth, and enjoy helping others achieve success in their own lives.

I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge with others, be it in horse riding, school subjects or leadership adventure camps. I believe that the more you know, the better you can face the challenges of day-to-day life. I use a variety of resources and learning styles and try to apply each lesson to a practical situation to encourage full comprehension.

• I have been teaching adults and children for over 10 years. I hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and have been teaching IEB Visual Arts full-time since January 2021 at Cambridge Academy.

• Finishing my degree as an Interior Designer with 2 years in high-end kitchen design.
• Qualifying as an Assistant Horse riding Instructor and Stable Manager
• Surviving 8 days of walking solo in a Private big-five game reserve near Kruger

I have been tutoring biology since 2009. I also obtained a distinction for Life Science in Year 12. I hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. I have been teaching professionally for 3 years and have been tutoring for over 10 years.

I hold a PGCE for Senior Phase Technology, and have a BSc in Interior Architecture. I studied both Physics and Chemistry at school which incorporates overlapping knowledge areas as the Technology subject in IEB and CAPs. I currently teach Technology to Gr8 and Gr9 learners at my school.

I am a qualified senior phase and high school teacher and completed my PGCE in Geography as one of my specialization fields. I have been teaching professionally for 3 years and have been tutoring for over 10 years.
