She is very diligent and makes it her mission to ensure that the learner is prepared for class. She goes the extra mile to find ways to teach so the learner understands. I absolutely loved her approach where she collaborates with all parties including the parent to understand how she can improve, areas she needs to focus on, listening to my concerns as a parent and planning lessons to address the areas of concern. She is also very patient and her calm nature is assuring, even if there are challenges with the learners she keeps her cool and focus, calmly so ensuring that the learner understands. She is always on time, prepared and when thrown off by the learner she is able to pull a rabbit out of the hat to accommodate. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her, so did my daughter. Thank you she was a perfect fit.
