I am passionate about teaching and learning; highly empathetic, incredibly hard-working and dedicated to helping others excel. I believe in individualised learning and creative teaching practices.
As someone who thinks differently, and has experienced my own share of learning obstacles, I believe that I am well-positioned to help students who struggle with mainstream education. I believe that each person has their own way of accessing knowledge, and am dedicated to helping others find learning practices and methods that support their individual needs. I seek to learn from those I teach.

My proudest achievements
- Helping a high school student with Asperger's syndrome improve his Grade 10 English results.
- Tutoring a university student and helping her improve her writing to the point that she achieved an award for her fourth year essay.
- Receiving a distinction for my TEFL course and a PGCE scholarship.
