Excelling at mathematics can be difficult but I believe through patience, thoroughness and a good teacher anyone can be empowered to succeed in it. I received distinction for mathematics throughout high school, and understand how to break down complex problems, and explain them in simple language.

Life Sciences was my favorite subject in school, fueling my passion for teaching it. I believe that with the right approach, even complex concepts can be enjoyable and accessible. My enthusiasm and expertise helps students thrive, build confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of the subject.

Afrikaans is a unique subject that demands both logical and creative thinking, as well as the ability of comprehension . As a native speaker, I excelled in Afrikaans and am well-equipped to teach grammar, enhance comprehension of books, poetry and plays and guide students in mastering Afrikaans.

English is a beautiful, although tricky, language. I am capable of teaching the subtle nuances in its grammar and improving comprehension in students. I excelled at English Home Language - being among the top students in my grade, and can help students excel in a similar fashion.

I excelled at Physical Sciences, receiving the highest achievement award multiple times throughout my high school years. Physical sciences is a difficult subject that teaches you how the universe functions. I'm especially good at chemistry and teaching organic chemistry.
