I am an open-minded undergraduate student at Northwestern University in Evanston, majoring in Economics and Mathematics. In my free time, I like to sing and knit!
As a detail-oriented learner, I look for possible points of confusion when approaching a subject. I am great at answering question as I can quickly catch the root of the question. I have 2 years of experience in peer tutoring in mathematic and chemistry. I also have 2 years of experience working with children through family volunteer events I helped facilitate.

Achievements
• I coordinated my high school's First Asian Heritage Night. I had to lead three music ensembles, reserve food caterings, manage fundraisers and the budget, and so on.

• Before the pandemic, I was part of a small premier choir ensemble. Each holiday season, we would go caroling and make people smile.

I participated in the IB Diploma Programme in high school and successfully completed a coursework in AP BC Calculus with a score of 5, and in IB Higher Level Mathematics with a grade of A+. I can tutor Calculus, Pre-calculus, Algebra, Geometry, Vectors, and Basic statistics.
Chemistry
I took IB Higher level Chemistry class in high school for 3 years and achieved a grade of A+ every quarter. I have advanced knowledge in General advanced chemistry, Organic chemistry, and Medicinal chemistry.

Korean
I am a native speaker in Korean language, and am very fluent in South Korean culture. I was awarded Illinois State Seal of Biliteracy in Korean Language, and I achieved a score of 790/800 on SAT Subject Test on Korean with Listening. I am also a Korean language translator at TED Conferences LLC.
