Bio
I am a pharmacist passionate about science, drug discovery, and lifelong learning. I also enjoy music, creativity, and spending quality time playing with children.
I have always been drawn to teaching, guiding friends and fellow students throughout my studies. I excel at explaining and simplifying complex sciences, making them approachable. I value one-on-one teaching, as it helps me understand each student’s needs, especially those too shy to speak up in class.
Education
• Bachelor of Pharmacy, University of Harare, Zimbabwe

• Currently doing research work at Stellenbosch University
My Proudest

Subjects
Mathematics
Grade 1 - Grade 12 CAPS, IEB, Cambridge & Irish CurriculumMaths is my favorite subject. What has worked for most of my students is starting from the bottom, grasping foundational principles and then moving on to application and problem solving. It is not possible to apply a concept without understanding it.
Life Sciences (Biology)
Grade 1 - Grade 12 CAPS, IEB, Cambridge & Irish CurriculumI have helped students overwhelmed by Biology’s vast content and exam pressure. I’ve developed effective strategies to simplify learning, improve retention, and boost their confidence for exams.
Physical Science
Grade 1 - Grade 11 CAPS, IEB & CAMBRIDGEI excelled in Physical Science in high school and am familiar with Cambridge, CAPS, and IEB syllabi. From experience, I know that science principles remain the same, no matter which syllabus a student follows.
Chemistry
Grade 1 - Grade 12I have extensive experience teaching chemistry and am very familiar with the subject. While most of my students follow it, I can easily teach other syllabi too, as the foundational principles remain the same.
English
Grade 1 - Grade 12 CAPS, IEB & CAMBRIDGEI earned a distinction in First Language English and an A in English Literature. I have helped many students improve in spelling, grammar, and sentence construction, supporting their confidence and language skills.
Organic Chemistry
First Year - Postgrad Organic and Pharmaceutical ChemistryI hold a PhD in Computational and Organic Chemistry. Chemistry is one of my strongest subjects, and I have taught numerous students throughout my academic journey, sharing knowledge and fostering understanding.
Biochemistry
First Year - Second YearBiochemistry is part of my PhD research on medicinal compounds. I usually teach it alongside Pharmacology, which most students prefer, though some choose to study Biochemistry independently.
Pharmacology
First Year - PostgradI have taught Pharmacology since second year, helping students who often lack confidence and find the subject intimidating. Using strategies I applied as a student, I have successfully guided many to understand and excel.
Physiology
First Year - Fourth YearI have taught Pharmacology since second year, helping students who often lack confidence and find the subject intimidating. Using strategies I applied as a student, I have successfully guided many to understand and excel.
