I am a young and passionate student from the University of Cape Town. I am currently in my second year doing a BSc in Construction Studies.
I am currently working as tutor both in my university residence and in my university department. My style of tutoring is to work with the student/pupil to gain understanding of the task at hand. Once the task is understood, completing it becomes easier. I tutor a first class at university and have seen the students grow over the year. I was also part of a tutor outreach program during highschool.

English
Obtaining good English skills before leaving school is imperative in today's world. I am a natural English speaker and have learnt the benefit of having develop my communications skills early on.
Art
Art at school is a very demanding subject. Having studied art to Matric level I know the challenges that pupils face. I am passionate about art though I have not followed it as a career.
Mathematics
As years progress Mathematics gets more challenging and the pace of learning increases. Grasping Mathematical concepts early on is very important. Having not dealt with Maths directly since Matric I feel I would be more comfortable with lower grades.
Life Sciences (Biology)
I always enjoyed Life Sciences at school thought I have not followed it as a career. Life sciences is as much about gaining knowledge and finding an interesting career path as it as about gaining "learning skills."
Architectural Technology
One of my majors in my B.Sc Construction Studies degree is Construction Technology. This subject gets carried throughout the degree program. Last year I ended off top in my class. I am currently enrolled as a tutor for this subject at university.
