Bio
I am hardworking and reliable and am very dedicated to whatever I take on in my life. I am also passionate about education and helping others.
I am a very caring and understanding person with a great deal of patience. As a teacher and a training therapist I have a great deal of experience working with young people and helping them achieve their full potential. I am also strong academically and very knowledgeable in the subjects I intend to tutor. I bring empathy and kindness as well as a strong academic base and skills in teaching

Achievements
• Traveling to China and Vietnam by myself and living and working there as an ESL teacher.
• Achieving and honours with distinction in Drama Therapy and achieving all distinctions in my Masters thus far.
Subjects
- School Tutoring
English
I have studied English at a University level and am a qualified and experienced English teacher. I hold a PGCE in English first language and taught English to second language speakers for four years.
Drama
I have an honours degree in drama and am a qualified high school drama teacher. I am currently completing a masters degree in drama therapy. This is a subject I have a great deal of passion for.
History
I did History up to Year 12 and it is a subject that I enjoy and have good knowledge of.
Life Orientation
I am a qualified high school Life Orientation teacher and have a degree in Psychology. I feel as though I have a lot to offer in this subject and am able to use my skills in teaching and as a training therapist to assist young people in it.
Homework
I am an experienced teacher of young children and feel confident that I will be able to help with their homework in studies in a patient but effective manner.
Afrikaans
I am very confident in tutoring Afrikaans up to a Grade 9 level and have always had a good understanding of Afrikaans both as a language and as a subject.
Mathematics
I have an excellent knowledge of primary school Maths and would love to help my students to master the areas that they find challenging.

I am strong and experienced in writing skills. I am at a masters level academically and my academic writing is strong. I also have experience in creative writing.
