Bio

I am a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Cape Town doing research in disease modelling. I have a strong mathematical background and find joy in helping others along their mathematical journey.

I have over 15 years experience working with students from secondary school level up to university level. Over the years I have been able to develop the patience required when teaching students new concepts and helping them develop confidence in their own abilities.

My Proudest
Achievements

• l am proud to have achieved a PhD in Applied Mathematics, dealing with disease modelling which addresses sustainable development goal number 3: Health for all.
• Being accepted as a postdoctoral fellow at UCT, as part of the Malaria Modelling and Analytics: Leaders in Africa cohort.
