I am a qualified maths tutor, holding a Masters degree in Sciences and PGCE. i have developed a teaching approach that empower learners. learner mistakes is corner stone to my teaching
I am a product of peer support. I formed a study group that lasted for 10 years. Achievements of this experiment has been published & shared to many education platforms. I learnt that the best way to help a learner is to allow him/her to make the mistakes. Learn the mistakes as a teacher and then have a conversation with the learner in order to recognize and correct the mistakes. I love mistakes
Education
• I hold a BSc(BiologicalSciences), a BSc Hon(Entomology). & an MSc (Entomology)degrees from UKZN. I also hold a PGCE (Mathematics & Life Sciences) from UNISA
My Proudest
Achievements
• I broke down most of the rules of education, I facilitated a group discussion of about 300 first year students for three hours. I also taught Mathematics to a grade 8 learner for 8 hours without a break. All these made me feel unique.

I hold a Masters's degree in Sciences from the University of KwaZulu Natal, and a Post Graduate Certificate (PGCE) from UNISA. I have taught Life Sciences in a government school (Mariathal Combined school) and I have provided private tuition in Private schools.
