I am highly motivated, ambitious & energetic, good at juggling multiple tasks & working under pressure. Every day I work to improve myself and my skills in order to be able to improve my community.
As the Executive Director of The ASSIST, I believe in changing this country and consequently the world one learner at a time. Having moved within the organisation from a tutor to the executive director in the past 3 years has nurtured my love for helping others and given me the necessary skills to lead a team to success. I'm also a good motivator which helps me push others towards their potential.

Mathematics
I love Maths and started tutoring my peers in class when I was in Matric. Since high school, my Maths knowledge has increased and been enhanced by my Maths university education in 1st and 2nd year. I also tutored Maths with The ASSIST for 2 years.
Physical Science
I have learnt from Physical Sciences that nature tells us everything we need to know. I really enjoyed it in high school and have gained a deeper understanding of it during my university degree (ChemEng), plus I have tutored it with the ASSIST.
Conversational English
Coming from a disadvantaged community meant I had to teach myself English through literature as well as practice & I ended up as the best English speaking and writing learner in my school. I learned a lot in that process and I have a lot of patience.
Communication
As Executive director of the ASSIST I have learned the importance of communication and how to effectively do it, plus I have received informal training on communication from the wits WCCO office which I can efficiently impart.
