I have worked as a Subject Advisor & Tutor for high school learners from Grades 10-11(Life Sciences) in 2021 and have been assigned Grade 12 classes because of my excellent work. I was awarded for being the best Subject Advisor of the year for 2021 by the Mochwanaesi Foundation Mentorship Program.

About Samuel

As a Wits qualified medical cell biologist, I am equipped with the knowledge to teach all levels of Life Science. I identify the client's point of need and there strengthen the client's skills. I work towards improving the client's confidence and better their approach towards tests and exams.

Sometimes learners fail because the language being used in the texts books is difficult to understand or maybe there are not enough practical examples that they know. I can explain what is being said in the textbook in simpler English and give out practical examples for learners to understand.

About Bongane

Life Sciences leads to the understanding of biological processes and functions in the body, which makes me more passionate and love sharing anything I know about Life Sciences and helping expand biological knowledge to anyone needing assistance.

About Nokulunga

I will give practical examples for better understanding of the subject. I will also help out with any homework difficulties and I will give the student small assessments at the end of each session to see if they did in fact learn something from that session.

Taking your time when studying Life Sciences is what I believe is the key to knowing it. Cramming may help a bit, but what I found helpful was using past exam papers to revise and get used to most concepts. Above all, going the extra mile(getting additional resources) is what made me get good grades
