I love Mathematics. I am very good with numbers and I love to teach young people. I was very good with mathematics when I was in school where I used to teach my fellow students. I am currently a student teacher at Varity College in Sandton and I am willing to help any young learner.

I have completed first and second year engineering mathematics at university as well as have volunteered as a mathematics tutor part-time at University. I achieved a distinction for Mathematics at the end of matric and I am confident in my ability to teach Mathematics well.

Mathematics was one of my favorite subjects in school and I was in a position with my marks to help many of my fellow pupils. Additionally I completed a 1st year Maths course in university and achieved an average of 75.

I have over 7 years of tutoring experience and I have helped many young learners over the years to build a good foundation in Maths ensuring that they don't struggle later in higher grades. I have tutored Grade 12 learners from Curro Serengeti, Birchleigh Hoerskool and other schools in Kempton Park.

I achieved a distinction in matric and am currently pursuing a degree in Applied Mathematics at university. It brings me great joy to see a learner grasp a concept with my assistance. I am also fluent in Afrikaans, allowing me to offer tutoring in both English and Afrikaans.

I have been teaching Maths in classrooms for over 35 years and I am an experienced and competent teacher. I am very familiar with the IEB and NSC syllabi as well as with the exam requirements for high school. Over the years, my students have consistently attained very good grades.
