Bio
After a long career, I decided to pursue another passion of mine which is teaching. Supporting learners is my key focus and I want to make their journey through school enjoyable and less intimidating.
I believe that I am capable of taking difficult concepts and transferring them in a less complicated way. I have the ability to break them down into a way that is easily understandable. I am able to adapt concepts into more visual and relatable concepts so that they can be better understood. I am patient and understanding.

• My son - I have been very fortunate to be able to be a hands on parent and dedicate my time to him. Guiding him and helping him develop has been my proudest achievement.

Grade 1 - Grade 7 IEBDuring studying and helping my young son, I have found a new enjoyment for maths. I enjoy breaking down concepts and finding ways to assist students get a deeper understanding of concepts. I want to make maths enjoyable and less intimidating.
Natural Science
Grade 1 - Grade 9 IEBThroughout my schooling career, I always enjoyed and felt comfortable with Biology as a subject. I chose to continue with biology as a career and focused on Veterinary Technology. I Spent 10 years in a laboratory and still consider biology as my specialty.
