I am an analytical person with an eye for detail and a passion for both educating and learning.
As the eldest of 4 children, I take the initiative to help and guide my siblings when they struggle academically. Also, I was a chess coach at a school for underprivileged children in 2014. The experience taught me how to teach from the perspective of the learner as much as I possibly could. I am a patient and I am willing to try various methods in order to help someone understand.

• I was an Allan Gray Scholar from 2012 to 2016, and went on to be an Allan Gray candidate fellow in 2018-2019
• I also have half-colors for leadership (2016)
Economics
I took a thorough liking to Economics. I achieved a distinction in high school and continued to take economics courses at university. Included in this is the completion of Advanced Micro and Macroeconomics.
English
I enjoy systematically breaking down the English sentence structure. I read regularly to improve my vocabulary and proficiency in grammar. I achieved a mark of 89% (Distinction) in high school for English Home Language.
Afrikaans
I started learning this language at a young age and continued to apply it as I grew older. I achieved 83% (Distinction) as my final NSC result.
