I possess a unique mix of industrial experience. I believe that the more you share, the more you also learn. Therefore, I find fulfillment in imparting what I know and continuing to learn from others.
I have worked with and helped a few dozen individuals succeed in their roles, both as their line manager or their peer/colleague. I have an inherent coaching and mentoring ability which has worked to my advantage in leading numerous training sessions during the course of my career. I view the success of those that I assist as my own success, thereby pushing me to do better so that I help better.

My Proudest
Achievements
• I assembled a new team for a project at a mine. I formulated policies and procedures, trained, and delivered the project on time. Some of the team are now permanent employees of the mine. Two of my former colleagues, whom I still mentor, attained their first degrees through my assistance.
