I have the ability to identify key areas that a student or learner lacks information or does not understand anything. I use the 20/80 method: 20% of work is done by me through facilitating and correcting, the 80% is done by the student. The reason being, I am helping them to understand, not to demonstrate that I can solve what they can't.
