Microbiology

Microbiology is my area of post-grad expertise, with a BSc Hons cum laude in Microbiology and support for my MSc. My professor has recommended me as a microbiology teaching assistant. I can help with scientific writing, assignments & coursework. I have a lot of experience with open distance studies.

Research Methodology

I obtained distinctions for my 4th year research methodology & molecular techniques, as well as for both of my 3rd and 4th year practical research projects. I'm often approached by students for aid with their research projects & scientific writing.

Zoology

I completed my BSc in Zoology cum laude and then completed a teaching qualification in Life Sciences. In addition to course work, I can help with scientific writing, assignments and projects. I would love the opportunity to help students find their footing in this subject and excel at it!

Natural Science

Natural Sciences is one of my teaching qualification majors. I enjoy teaching Natural Science as it is an essential subject to build a strong foundation in the development of scientific knowledge. I have a supportive and communicative style to help my students feel confident during lessons.

Afrikaans

I've been coaching Afrikaans for several years. It was my favourite subject in high school. My lessons are fun and collaborative, where my student and I work together supportively on the subject. I enjoy including home languages to contextualize and expand Afrikaans vocabulary.

Life Sciences (Biology)

I have taught biology internationally for four+ years and have experience in various curricula and classroom teaching. As my major up to my teaching qualification, biology is my chief area of expertise. Whether you need content explained, an extra challenge, or something in between - I can help!

Homework

I provide support and guidance, inspiring my students to use their own innovation. I teach my students invaluable scheduling skills and study techniques, ensuring homework is an effective learning tool.

Business Studies

Business Studies is a complex subject that needs to be more than memorised - it also needs to be contextualised in depth, to create meaningful learning. As one of the majors for my teaching qualification, I have experience teaching this subject to classrooms.

Economic Management Science (EMS)

EMS creates a foundation for the subjects to come in higher grades, and I would like to help students master these concepts to succeed in the future. My teaching style is collaborative and fun, where my students and I collaborate on the subject to bring EMS concepts to life and make them engaging.

Physical Science

I have experience teaching this subject internationally for the past four years. Physical Sciences is crammed full of absolute fundamental scientific principles, which can make or break a student's scientific future. I focus resolutely on these, ensuring the establishment of a solid foundation.
